Eat breakfast
Rule number one: make sure your breakfast doesn’t exceed 300 kcal. So, you can eat apples, oatmeal, and soup.
Rule number two: Breakfast should contain at least 10 grams of protein, a small amount of healthy fat and fiber. If breakfast includes cereal, it should be whole grain, not refined. Eggs, milk, yogurt, beans, and peanut butter can be consumed for healthy protein.

Rule 3: Make sure your lunch does not exceed 400-500 kcal. One of the easiest ways to reduce the calories in your food is to ditch the second part, use alternatives (for example, low-calorie butter), use small plates at lunch, and don't watch TV while you eat.
